Pros

Feel appreciated. Good core values. Great training. A place to get a resume going. Awesome benefits.

Cons

A lot of politics and drama. Mostly part time jobs unless you are a lead, Admin, or a manager. Have to use radios. Very short staffed due to monthly budgets.

Pros

Discounts were probably their best perks.

Cons

They do not practice their "Core Value Message." They do not want quality groomers only people to feel the shifts. Management is unskilled and have no idea how a grooming salon should run. Too much drama and unsound individuals working around animals is not a good thing. The shop was disgusting as no one but myself ever cleaned. Never got my lunch and worked through all of my breaks.
