The people who work for Wilco are generally very nice and they screen employees well to find the best fit for their company. The higher level managers are very personable and willing to talk to their employees.

Cons

The middle management has some difficulties, they need to be better trained on how to handle employee problems at certain stores.

Feel appreciated. Good core values. Great training. A place to get a resume going. Awesome benefits.

Cons

A lot of politics and drama. Mostly part time jobs unless you are a lead, Admin, or a manager. Have to use radios. Very short staffed due to monthly budgets.
