Pros

Discounts were probably their best perks.

Cons

They do not practice their "Core Value Message." They do not want quality groomers only people to feel the shifts. Management is unskilled and have no idea how a grooming salon should run. Too much drama and unsound individuals working around animals is not a good thing. The shop was disgusting as no one but myself ever cleaned. Never got my lunch and worked through all of my breaks.

Pros

Lots of overtime was available. Plenty of uniforms provided so I never had to use clothing from home.

Cons

No one is going to tell you when you do a good job. Basically, if no one is talking to you then you haven't screwed up. The pay wasn't great and raises were a bit of a joke. There was no comprehensive training system. I had to train all new hires because my supervisor was not a people person. My supervisor had been with the company for 16 years and made maybe 16 bucks an hour. The salaried workers get it the worst because they work 15 hours a week in overtime.

Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Will work you non stop with no coverage in the warehouse. Warehouse pay is extremely low for what you're having to do. Non stop scheduling issues. Even if you work your tail off, you won't get any benefits from it. Or pay raises like was promised. It'll be excuse after excuse.
