Pros

Middle tier down, employees are intelligent and hard working. Lots of cross team collaboration on projects, fast-pace, get-it-done mentality.

Cons

Senior level and Executive team members have little to no relevant industry experience. Executive team has had heavy turnover for the last three years in media sales and associated operations team. Health benefits have been cut which previously compensated for low industry salary. Open fighting among the senior leadership is petty and counterproductive.

Pros

Competitive salary, ample parking in the parking lot. Other than that, I can't find 20 positive words to meet the minimum word requirement for this section.

Cons

1. Gaming company trying to do online advertising - lacks focus 2. Upper management is to old to understand landscape of both gaming and online advertising 3. Company describes itself as a "start-up" environment...after 10+ years. 4. Company is not able to recruite top technical talent when competing with Microsoft, Amazon and Boeing

Pros

Awesome coworkers, free soda, twice yearly company parties, free games, gym access, GREAT benefits, laid-back atmosphere, plenty of diverse project opportunities, small enough that you can be known and shine for your work, free parking, management listens and cares, company sponsors charity events, funds continuing education, and employee morale incentives are given each month (gift cards/food). Almost a dream place to work!

Cons

Raises done on a yearly cycle for all employees. If you don't start before Jan. 1 that year then you must wait until the following year for an increase. This means in some cases you wait almost 1.5 years before a raise! Furthermore, raises done on unknown/obscure mathematical equation that effectively means less than a .25 cent raise for those in customer support each year. This is why the "Compensation and Benefits" score is low. The benefits are great but the compensation is not. While plenty of project work is offered and the company claims to promote from within, a divide seems to exist between those upstairs and those in customer support. Employees who have done work for the company above and beyond their job description are not usually compensated monetarily for it and, when a position in the project area opens up, CS employees have not lately been considered or even interviewed. While historically they have promoted from within, that policy appears to have changed in the last year or so.
