Decent pay, employer matching 401k is vested at hire.

Cons

- Lack of respect for direct employees - Weird work hour rules - Lack of vision for company product and employee expectations - Toxic and catty coworkers with a lot of gossip (especially within HR/finance department) - Employees are shouted at by temperamental management. - Constant high tension, deadlines, changes due to lack of foresight.
