Mission of the company is great

Cons

Management and execs do not know what they are doing, they love to micromanage, constantly contradicting themselves and love to bring HR into the issue they created and state you're insubordinate, then back track after screenshots are provided. They will ask you to work 16 hour days without leaving the office and then not pay for 'overtime' which they consider anything over 8 hours in a day when you are scheduled for 10 hour shifts, I wish I was joking. Oh and they love to cut pay for hard working employees and pay new hires with zero experience and degree the same as the best employees.

Pros

easy job of taking pictures of house in wildfire evacuation area. Great business concept.

Cons

highly dysfunctional company, as this place has a revolving door of employees. This place is focused on new hires and growth, retaining employees and treating them with respect is unfortunately not a value of WDS.

Pros

The four day work schedule was great but it was not at all consistent which made it hard to make plans. They do rehire seasonals so that's nice.

Cons

Zero diversity and no desire to change that. You can't break through the good ole boys club.
