Pros

Wiley really has a family vibe in the small office environments. Managers support career growth if the opportunity is available

Cons

There have been a number of restructures in recent years, and word is that they are continuing. This does little to foster positivity — there was uncertainty as to whether your position would remain in the coming months or years.
