People make it a nice place to work and everyone is work hard at all levels

Cons

Salary, raises and promotion opportunities are too limited. People are the biggest asset but there is no investment in those people.

Good colleagues, interesting products, still some hybrid/remote positions. Decent benefits

Cons

Constant reorganization, mass layoffs every 1-2 years for over a decade. Superficial "culture" can't disguise the constant undercurrent of anxiety and poor morale. Mediocre salaries.
