Pros

Wiley offers great benefits and there are many wonderful people to work with.

Cons

They do a lot of layoffs and outsource a lot of work to India. That is the reason I no longer work there. My position was considered "redundant" and they outsourced to another country. There is no job security.

Pros

Really nothing. They have a lot of work to do benefit wise.

Cons

Management was horrible. They need to reevaluate salary in the editorial department or else they will continue to lose talent.
