Pros

Good colleagues, interesting products, still some hybrid/remote positions. Decent benefits

Cons

Constant reorganization, mass layoffs every 1-2 years for over a decade. Superficial "culture" can't disguise the constant undercurrent of anxiety and poor morale. Mediocre salaries.

Pros

Excellent Colleagues and culture. Depending on the department, workload or stress might be properly distributed for work life balance

Cons

Again depending on the department and due to restructuring, workload can get highly unregulated and inter department deliverables fall through, making the personal project delivery challenging and chaotic
