Great colleagues, both internal and external, exciting topics and travel opportunities, and professional development opportunities.

Cons

Dead end if you have an advanced degree, a very limiting factor.

Pros

1. Location is convenient - If you live in NJ, their location is great unlike other publishers who are based in NY. 2. Vacation days and tuition benefits ( subject to manager approval)

Cons

1. The pay is very less even for entry level positions. I've seen PhDs work for less than 70K. 2. No flexibility - Flexible working arrangements such as working from home even for one or two days a week is not available. 3. The rules and structure vary between teams. Some managers are partial and special treatment is given to their close buddies
