Friendly and open-minded direct managers National and international travel for conferences and meetings (plenty of down time) Open to new ideas for engagements with external clients Hands-off approach to management Ability to work from anywhere

Dead end if you have an advanced degree, a very limiting factor.

It's an Ok place for an entry level position. Management could do better

Pros

1. Location is convenient - If you live in NJ, their location is great unlike other publishers who are based in NY. 2. Vacation days and tuition benefits ( subject to manager approval)

Cons

1. The pay is very less even for entry level positions. I've seen PhDs work for less than 70K. 2. No flexibility - Flexible working arrangements such as working from home even for one or two days a week is not available. 3. The rules and structure vary between teams. Some managers are partial and special treatment is given to their close buddies
