Pros

The people. PTO days. Benefits.

Cons

Constant restructuring in the last few years. Salaries are pretty low and it is hard to advance.

Pros

Wiley really has a family vibe in the small office environments. Managers support career growth if the opportunity is available

Cons

There have been a number of restructures in recent years, and word is that they are continuing. This does little to foster positivity — there was uncertainty as to whether your position would remain in the coming months or years.

Pros

35 hour work week Ample paid time off Good benefits package Decent pay for the work expected

Cons

Upper management is secretive and Middle management is manipulative and constantly in spin mode. They are in a never-ending phase of downsizing. It's been over 2 years and they're still laying off entire departments. Watching colleagues walk out if HR meetings in tears was a common sight.
