Great people but needs a reboot fast

Pros

Great pockets of people. There seems to be some desire to attract and retain talent. The Wiley family is still involved and cares.

Cons

Low pay comparative to market if you've been at the company for a while. Too many restructures with new leadership only bringing in outside hires from their previous lives, and building new mini-empires of people who don't understand our customers. The Senior Leadership team is only interested in tearing each other down.

Times of change often create challenges throughout an organization. Benefits, time off and client base.

Cons

Low Salary range, they do not value top performers, not enough staff to carry out job duties, management does not know the day to day dynamics of the position, so their expectations are not in line with what can feasibly be accomplished.

-Great benefits, -Good pay rates -Fun & challenging work environment -Love my manager and my team

Cons

There has been a lot of turnover and a lot of uncertainty lately. Senior management doesn't seem to care about the employees.
