Pros

Wiley was a great company to work for. You felt like management actually cared about you and your experience. The offices were nice and updated, too.

Cons

Even though I felt taken care of, a new CFO came into town and restructured many different groups. Unfortunately, there were layoffs and I was a victim. At that point, sadly, I felt like a number. It was a sad way to end an otherwise amazing experience.
