Amazing work culture and great people

The team I worked with was like my family. My boss was a mentor to me. It has been a year since I left and I still miss them! I would never have left if my pay had been higher and if my personal financial situation had not pushed me to seek more money. Loved everything about working here.

Cons

Publishing industry salaries are modest but honestly it is worth the work-life balance and positive environment you experience at Wiley.

Pros

This was an excellent place to work before they were bought out by Wiley.

Cons

Terrible middle management with no regard for the daily struggles those they “led” faced and made little or no attempt to solve problems. Churn and burn culture, don’t care if you are stressed out. You will be easily replaced. Very little sense of community. Coworkers will try to throw you under the bus to get ahead.
