Pros

-Work life balance is amazing. You can even work from home on rainy snowy days. -New leadership is bringing interesting ideas -Our office in Hoboken is neat and recently renovated -Generous PTO 401k

Cons

-Kitchen should be nicer with more options. -Compensation not as competitive as tech, service and banking industries. The amount of work we do and money that we bring it should pay more. -Bonus structure should be different based on the person not on company.

Pros

Change can be a good thing. Wiley has been talking about transforming for years but we are now seeing the changes in action. As with any changes, there are some obstacles but overall, I like where the company is headed. There are amazing people working at Wiley and getting to work with a group of awesome people is key. There's an evolving culture that wants to honor the company's history but also acknowledges a need to modernize. You might not find a pool table here yet but the open concept offices and new technologies are definitely welcomed. New and strong leadership is trending upwards and has sparked some energy. Very flexible with great PTO and bonus package

Cons

There seems to be a slight identity crisis when it comes to the "who we are" question. We seem to understand the culture aspect of this but need to work on what our customers understand of who we are and the services we provide to them. Too much focus on cost savings in the last few years At times, antiquated ways of working
