Pros
Overall a fantastic place to work with dutiful and capable collaborative collogues that really do all exabit positive qualities of helping and sharing knowledge. Very flexible work environment coupled with reasonable benefits and compensation.
Cons
Frequent reorganizations create this rhythm of destruction and creation. All change is good but too frequent change creates a workforce that is adept at managing change but not entrenching strengths to weather macroeconomic turbulence. Or in seeing more complicated work improvement projects or tech upgrades through. Those of us who did get entrenched where left behind while career opportunities passed us over because we were 'critical to function'. Some systems and workflows in my work world where also disjointed from what i thought to be an appropriate level of review and interruption. We tried to improve but as they say there is only so much one can do with duck tape repairing a leaky dam.
