Pros
Wiley is exceptional in culture. They make you feel like part of the family pretty quickly and, if you’re in a cross-functional role, you’ll interact with some of the most savvy and intelligent people you come across in your career. This is a place that easily feels like “home.”
Cons
If you have anything to do with Finance, avoid at all costs. There is Toxicity . CVT, as she chooses to go by, hires besties without qualification for roles for her friends. If you aren’t on-site and a suck-up, you’ll struggle in that area.
