      - Easy to get away with poor results if you are good at playing politics - Recognized global name in the research and publishing industry

      Cons

      Highly focused on making sure people sit in their chairs all day and are visible. Not enough focus on actual results and hard work. People are expected to act like they are lucky to be there instead of talent that the companies values. Poor morale, low flexibility, and benefits are deteriorating

      I have an amazing manager who has supported professional development and growth at the company during my long tenure. Colleagues are amazing, smart and hard working.

      Cons

      Lots of changes in leadership and strategic direction.
