Pros

Strong company values, feel as if you're doing good work to further education.

Cons

Internal reorganization which produced a lot of shifting of roles and responsibilities. Unfortunately, some employees were given roles for which they had limited experience or no training, leaving others to pick up the slack. Creating a lot of anxiety and stress for all involved.

Pros

Wiley offers full time employeess a 35 hour work weekand lots of vacation time in addition to paid holidays and floating holidays.

Cons

Publishing is a tough field right now without a lot of job security. Outsourcing jobs in many departments--a changing, unsteady climate to work in.
