Cons

High-performers are sometimes overlooked Communication through different levels of the company needs to be improved Dramatic scope and fast pace of ongoing changes at the company have lowered morale throughout the organization Collegial, family-feel of the culture seems to have disappeared

Pros

This is a great place to get into and learn the publishing industry

Cons

There are some unsettling things happening at the company at the moment; it doesn't feel like a safe environment. Not to mention that it is very difficult to get promoted so, unless an opportunity opens up while you're there, or you start at a higher level, you will have to move on at some point.
