      Pros

      Good work life balance. People are good to work with.

      Cons

      Company has lost its way. The future state has been in limbo every since they restructured. There has not been one transformative deal in the new space they have earmarked for growth. Cost cutting spiral has been the solution The leadership has not come up with a new viable strategy and is in over their heads. Morale is low.

      people, location of the office, PTO policy, flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      There is a long line of bureaucracy for everything. Raises and promotions happen at the top, but not with as much frequency or celebration at the bottom.
