Pros

Generous vacation package with major holidays

Cons

Cutting jobs and pinching pennies while consultants treat us like a cash cow. Projects run over budget and even get abandoned. People resist so much change and have an air of entitlement. A lot of "that's not my job" going on here.

Pros

big place with benefits that likes to follow the regular path of publishing and not stick their necks out to take a risk

Cons

heavy personalities that are entrenched in the way they have always done things and low salaries for the "low positions"

Pros

The biggest pros are the colleagues that you get to work with. Most are really smart, hard-working and collaborative. Salary and benefits were also good.

Cons

New upper management is rapidly destroying the company culture and replacing it with a youth-oriented, buzzword-driven model. This new upper management has no loyalty to company values or long-time employees. Favoritism rules.
