Pros

good benefits, good people, systems have improved

Cons

this used to be a great place to work but no longer, especially for BIPOC, they just don't promote them to senior levels with constant excuses of not your time, you're not qualified. there is lack of strategy and vision and it seems to be going around in circles. so many people are just leaving because there is no growth here only more and more work.

Pros

My personal team and manager were good, but that's about it.

Cons

1. No strategy. Zero. I tried to ask leadership about direction and it was slow to come and then vague. When asking for business justification for changes, my internal clients would go over my head. 2. They tolerate bullying. One individual I know was bullied. HR confirmed that the individual had a history of doing it and was warned, but they are still there and still bullying. The person they bullied is gone. 3. Lots of recent layoffs. I think there have been 5 rounds in the last 1.5 years. 4. Low pay, not the best benefits. Usually if the pay is low, the benefits are better. Not the case here.

Pros

Colleagues are generally enjoyable to work with and most have a skill level required to do their jobs which assists with effectively completing team related projects.

Cons

Below industry compensation and lots of excuses from comp team about the data they purchase to assist with setting salary ranges. Those excuses aren’t fooling anyone. Little to no adjustment to compensation for inflation, despite other similar organizations making efforts to take care of their people. Attrition is horrible right now. New people announcing their resignations every week. I have never seen so many departures so close together. People are leaving because they are not being paid fairly and are now doing the jobs of 2 and sometime e people due to short staffing.
