Pros

Working at Vikas Gupta led Wiley India was so much fun. The culture there is extremely open and vibrant. Professionally it is obviously really healthy to be amidst so many talented people who actually bring out the competitive spirit in you and you wish to deliver nothing but the best from your end as well.

Cons

The location is a little too far from my place so travelling was a big problem for me.

What’s not to love about literature, similarly, what’s not to love about Wiley India? This is the best workplace anybody could ever be associated with, while there are plenty of them out there. The work environment is liberal, the management is perfect, the work gives contentment, what else could one want?

Cons

The work pressure is sometimes unbearable, but that happens in all the corporate offices and you have to deal with it. So it’s all cool!
