Pros

Flexible hours, no need to bring work home and fairly easy to work with products.

Cons

Slowly taking away all of the perks that made this a place people wanted to work. Minimal room for growth.

Pros

Family like atmosphere, respect for staff, benefits are reasonably ok. Learnt a lot during my time there. I have worked in this field awhile and this place has good communication.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to keep up with all the latest in online systems because they change frequently. Career progression can be a tad slow, decision making can be slow at times. May not be for everyone if one is looking for a 9 to 5 kind of job.
