Pros
Small office, friendly, experiencing growth. Nice place to work. I really like the people. Multiple locations in division, keeps it interesting and brings other people into the mix.
Cons
Going through change. Was an acquisition in last 4 years to Wiley in New Jersey. I see possible opportunities ahead, and depending upon each person's point of view, that may or may not fit into their long term plans. So many companies are going through change right now, seems hard to avoid.
