      Amazing work culture and great people

      Pros

      The team I worked with was like my family. My boss was a mentor to me. It has been a year since I left and I still miss them! I would never have left if my pay had been higher and if my personal financial situation had not pushed me to seek more money. Loved everything about working here.

      Cons

      Publishing industry salaries are modest but honestly it is worth the work-life balance and positive environment you experience at Wiley.

      Management appreciates your work, more accountability and flexibility to do work, good compensation and benefits, women in the senior management

      Too much outsourcing so be aware, do not value loyalty or years of service during layoffs
