      Used to be family like feeling but has changed to "corporate" what have you done for me lately approach.

      work-balance, good hours, good discount

      Cons

      Senior management are only have "what have you done for me lately approach". There is not much room for advancement and compensation is on the lower end of the scale. Systems are antiquated and not user friendly. Divisions/functions don't always know each other strength, lots of duplication of work that lends to conflicting results.

      Its a 7 hour day with good benefits and plenty of PTO, if you have the time to take it.
