Pros

Good work/life balance and gym next door. Good location.

Cons

Constant shifting of priorities, no room for upward mobility, management was full of themselves.

Pros

Good work hour and paid time off.

Cons

Have been a mess for recent years. No promotion opportunities. Constant re-org, team changes every other month and projects get cut all the time. People can't have any project done in this unstable environment.

Pros

It's a very comfortable place to work, relaxed environment, great benefits. For many years Wiley valued their employees and created an environment that provided job safety.

Cons

Catch 22, great benefits-low pay. Relaxed environment-no room to advance. Slow to update with technological changes in publishing world. Stagnant, when willing to change this company makes drastic decision that don't make sense.
