Pros

- great PTO and summer schedule for reps - company car for field reps - supportive management despite the industry climate

Cons

- struggling industry - no distinct differentiating qualities from the competition - old products are dreadfully dated and new products lack adequate market testing - roadmap feels more like a disaster preparedness plan

Pros

Benefits, company car, flexible hours, freedom to run your business as you see fit (technically). Many coworkers are wonderfully nice people that will support you where they can.

Cons

Incompetent management fighting against the current of a dying industry. No ability to keep up with technology or industry trends. Always playing catch up with competitors. Talent leaves for other jobs in which they are appreciated. Training was limited at best. Imagine even worse with less managers since layoffs. Nobody cares if you struggle. You're thrown to the wolves and told to "figure it out".
