Pros

It has many different publications and caters to multi faceted clients. It is moving with the times and going from print to online but still keeping current with publications.

Cons

With short notice they have layed off workers and it is really hard right now to get jobs. It is supposedly because of long term savings but who knows.

Pros

The "Wiley Nice". Make sure to ask about this if you are interviewing. Has been traditionally a very supportive environment for employees.

Cons

The bad side of the "Wiley Nice" is that productive, constructive feedback may not be "nice enough". Change is very slow here and striving for excellence isn't necessarily what is expected of its employees.
