Pros

Good people, genuinely caring one for another.

Cons

Decision-making too rigid; a rigid environment creates passive employees. The work environment discourages entrepreneurial efforts. Managers are too afraid of making decisions.

Pros

zyBooks is a wonderful product and is really helping education. There is no micromanaging. You get plenty of PTO. Managers are good to their people and treat us like adults.

Cons

Pay could be higher and they have trouble making realistic goals, but realize that so you don don't necisarily have to meet the goal right away, but there is some saturation in the market so it is more difficult to make sales now and they are not expanding on their products as much as they should considering how amazing the platform is. Not much room for growth.
