Pros

JWS provides their employees with the flexibility they need to balance work and life. It all comes down to the kind of relationship you have with your manager, but overall, JWS is one of the most reputable publishers around.

Cons

One downside may be that they are based only on the East Coast and do not always provide advancements for those living in the midwest or west coasts unless they put time in the office in New Jersey.

Pros

Company offeres fantastic benefits and time off The building is new, clean, and a comfortable place to work Most of the people are nice and friendly

Cons

The company is top heavy leaving not much room for advancement. Senior management is often disrespectful sometimes on a personal level The pay is pathetic I would not recommend this employer if you are looking for experience and opportunities for advancement.
