Pros

View of the City from Hoboken. That's about it

Cons

Restructurings. Hierarchical structure. Old, inefficient IT. Terrible if you find yourself on a bad team. No direction or training. Endless pointless meetings

Pros

The people are fantastic--bosses and colleagues genuinely care about you and about the work they are doing. Plenty of PTO and work-life balance is very good.

Cons

Not really sure what the future holds here. On one hand, we're told that we are finally in the position we want to be. Six months later, here comes another reorganization. Also, salary is a complete maze of red tape.

They care about employees. Most of the people are extremely nice and they have really good intentions.

Cons

I'm not sure if the leadership knows what they are doing.
