Pros

Good office culture (before COVID), regular pay (biweekly), good amount of PTO

Cons

They take advantage of their employees and do not pay them what they're worth, citing the uncertainty of the global pandemic, while also boasting about exceeding goals by the double digits. The do not value their employees. I was told by an upper level manager that if I didn't like working in my current position at WES that I "should be thankful for this job because there are a ton of people looking for work right now who could easily replace [me]." Implying that WES can treat their employees however they want because it's an employer's market right now and even the most tenured of employees are replaceable.
