Pros

At one time they were a great place to work. The people were smart, hard working, collaborative and good at their jobs.

Cons

Management overhaul changed everything. People fled. The new management team that was put in place had little experience managing people or a business.

Pros

- A lot of PTO even if you are just starting - The office is conveniently located in Hoboken - Competitive pay

Cons

- The company has no direction. When I asked my managers what will my role look like next year, no one had an answer. - The company is having a hard time transitioning to the digital age and no concrete plan for how they want to accomplish this. - It's hard to do your job when you are being suffocated by many levels of management - This place has a culture that is hostile to young people. If you are young, there is no way to be promoted or even have autonomy over what you work on. Your managers will treat you like children who need to be told what to do every step of the way

Low morale and slow progress

Pros

The people with whom I worked were excellent colleagues - supportive and friendly. Pretty nice benefits with generous PTO.

Cons

Record keeping was extremely disorganized. Salary was not competitive and often led to tension between departments. Management made a lot of promises on which they never followed through. The staff were often frustrated in company meetings, and representatives were not prepared to deal with staff concerns that arose. There was a real problem with a lack of women/diversity in management roles. High turnover.
