Virtually no communication. PTO pay is about half of the billable hourly rate. If an audit takes more than 1 hour to complete, you have to justify it, even though they know the complexity of the audit. It is a beat-the-clock type of work. Completing audits is a sprint, not a marathon. It's difficult to know what your paycheck will be. You have to figure out what premiums you have been paid for. It's a revolving door...many new employees leave within the first month. Micro-managed.

Drove probably 8 hours a week pre-Covid, but that's the nature of the job. Get audiobooks! Production based pay meant it was harder to earn around holidays.
