An opportunity unlike others to do work that is beneficial on a micro and macro scale. To do work that is environmentally and economically rewarding. To literally be in the business of change on a daily basis are the things I love about working here.

Cons

The fluid nature of the business can be taxing , constantly being ask to do it better!

1) Employees are very very helpful and very easy-going. 2) Most of the employees are in their 20s or 30s. So, easy to gel with.

1) Major flaw in the flow of information from the seniors to juniors.
