Good benefits, nice people, laid back yet professional environment. Experiences can vary widely between departments and managers. Plenty of perks that you won't find at other places.

Cons

Workplace politics were worse here than what I've experienced at other similar organizations. It can feel a bit cliquey at times.

Flexible work schedule. Company promotes family time. Great coworkers. Decent work. Work can be challenging at times. Benefits and pay are pretty good.

Cons

Lacks opportunity to advance into management. They seem to hire from outside instead of promote from within. If you want to move up the ladder, you have to move to another company.

Respectful and positive working environment. Its GREAT if you are a partner, but the partnership is run like a old boys club.

Cons

Everyone is in it for themselves with senior employees making increadible amounts of money while a majority of mid-lower level employees are massively underpaid.
