      Lots of smart people that are willing to share their experiences

      Cons

      The org is stuck in an old way of thinking and it is is reflected in the decisions they make. If you want to be an investment banker, and want to do it the same way as they did 20 years ago, then you will be happy.

      Great company culture, but for real. Weekly lunches, in-house snacks, accountability check-ins. I love working here.
