It was a good experience. Great team atmosphere. Learned a lot on the job and gained a good deal of knowledge.

Cons

Didn't pull me on full time. The goal was that and didn't get a definitive answer as to why I wasn't pulled on full time.

Great culture and atmosphere. Getting better every year.

Cons

Not as well known as bulge bracket banks and their is a bit of an "Old Boys Club" aura but I believe every bank is to some extent.

Pros

The salary was great. In the beginning the environment was great. Benefits, office events, lunches, informative of the progress of the firm. Great for Caucasian people bad for Black people.

Cons

Phony prosona. Racist company. I was harassed and bullied. HR supported the behavior. Things are covered up that are done to employees. High turnover in management of department. Minorities were hired through temp to perm other races were hired directly. Lack of training and support. Black people are LIFO
