      A little gem within a tough sector

      Pros

      Genuinely nice people. More collaborative than other investment banks. Position within the industry continues to improve as they fit a unique niche between the bulge bracket sweat shops, the small boutiques and then the bucket shops.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to take on more responsibility or move up within the organization because only turnover is created with retirement.
