      Pros

      Fantastic people and company to work for. You get to learn alot from your co workers working cross functional teams. They have the best christmas parties. Great Benefits and 401k are very competitive. Jeff Champion

      Beautiful office in Chicago. Easy commute

      Cons

      Culture, lack of DE&I, Nepotisim, Favoritism, all the isims.

      Pros

      Good base salary, cool office building, you get $20 a week to spend on snacks and drinks in the office, free iced coffee in the mornings in the cafeteria

      Cons

      Work Life Balance obviously isn't the best, Management at the top can sometimes be unheard from in months, Can be a lack of bonding with coworkers due to amount of work, lack of transparency when it comes to bonuses at least at the junior level, sometimes everyone knows the work won't be used for anything but you still have to do it
