      Pros

      Compared to other IB firms, WB truly is striving to find their place in the IB world. Probably some of the best benefits offered in their field, WB has been a lovely place to work. Diverse, inclusive, well-paying, kind firm. And the CEO truly does care.

      Cons

      Remote work is becoming non-existent, as like many, they want return to office employees.
