      Pros

      Smart people with a pleasant, congenial, almost intellectual culture.

      Cons

      No employee development outside of financial analysts. There's no excuse for that. There is plenty of opportunity to develop talent from within in the other lines of work there. It's like the company is adamantly opposed to doing so even when it's happening organically. Not even necessity can be the mother of promotion here.

      Cold Corporate Nature You'd Expect From Investment Banking

      - Snacks - Office building in nice area

      Cons

      - Backstabbing environment - Paid $100+ dollars a month for parking - Every worker that's not a banker is treated like a servant - Boring, Sterile work environment - Few boundaries for your work schedule (Hours during the day or whether you're remote or not)
