Cons

The org is stuck in an old way of thinking and it is is reflected in the decisions they make. If you want to be an investment banker, and want to do it the same way as they did 20 years ago, then you will be happy.

A lot of benefits and perks of the company. Senior management is well selected and tenured and there is a lot of support available.

Cons

Because everybody loves working there so much, there are often resignations from senior positions. hence less opportunity for upward mobility.
