Pros

Great benefits, free snacks, beautiful new building with great views and the people are great.

Cons

The turnover rate is about three years, the pay is just okay and there is no room to move up if you're an assistant. They don't train the assistants or challenge them and you feel as though you're stuck.

Market salary, profit sharing-which is being eliminated

Cons

All businesses operate as silos; you won't know anyone outside of your dept. Your experience depends on the quality of your manager. Options like flex time and working remotely vary greatly.
