      Pros

      Manufacturing does a lot in house, so there has been a lot of opportunities for me to learn new things and have variety day to day. This is the cleanest shop I have been in. A few years ago there was troubles with finding tools but that's been mostly resolved. Most people are willing to help and share information. Pay and benefits is good. This is one of the highest paying machine shops around me. Annual bonuses. Shift premium goes up the longer you work it.

      Cons

      Sometimes the operator instructions or job sheets are missing details. You can ask for edits, but then your stopping work.

      Pros

      Tons of opportunities and projects to work on. The Benefits and healthcare are good. HR has always been helpful, and the management has help me progress further than I thought possible.

      Cons

      They don't offer remote work.
