Rotation Program is Fantastic

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

The rotation program is a terrific way to start your career with diverse experience. Compensation and benefits are good.

Cons

Underwhelming response to COVID-19 and upper management attempts to solve manufacturing and supply chain bottlenecks by mandating overtime for engineers. Mid-level engineers seem to be leaving frequently as they don't feel heard or taken seriously.
